  • Clifton Gardiner & Company will develop a confidential and professional valuation of the enterprise to ensure receiving the maximum realistic and achievable sale price.
  • CGC will keep the identity of the company confidential whenever possible, minimizing disruption among employees and clients.

Buying a business:

  • Clifton Gardiner & Company will assist in defining target companies that fit the jointly developed acquisition criteria.
  • CGC will utilize its national contacts in developing a list of possible acquisitions.
  • We will make the initial contact to determine if there is an interest in a deal, and then obtain sufficient initial information to allow our client to make a sound decision about continuing the process and initiating discussions.
  • Clifton Gardiner & Company will assist in arranging any necessary financing or additional equity. This will be done simultaneously so that the process, through closing, will move as quickly as possible.
  • We will be actively and diligently involved in the entire structuring and closing process.
